Meet Cynthia & Stella !

These confident young women’s style impresses me daily at the office.  Curious about their sources of inspiration and favorite shops, I invited them to start a style section on the cozy sweater café.

We decided to start Real Fashion for Real Women.  We will explore how we take on-line inspiration and turn it into wearable fashion for real life.  We hope that our hunting will inspire and reduce your legwork !

A BIT ABOUT CYNTHIA & STELLA

Cynthia and Stella have been best friends for 8 years, since the “dress-up” celebration of the year, Halloween.  They share a love of small white dogs, travel, and fashion.

What are your dogs names?

Cynthia: Sissy and Stacy. Both names starting with S because everyone in my family has a name starting with that letter…except for me!

Stella: Zoe. A very close family friend gave my mom some money before passing away and told her to buy us something that would make us happy, so we bought her and named her Zoe (which means “life” in Greek).

How would you describe your office style?

Cynthia: Classy meets edgy.

Stella: Ladylike with modern/sometimes edgier add-ons.

What is your favorite travel destination and why?

Cynthia: The Amalfi Coast…it’s beyond breathtaking and London because it feels like home whenever I go.

Stella: Greece: Zante for the blueness of the water, the nightlife and the Italian-influence architecture; Kavala because it’s a city built amphitheatre-style with the bay as a stage, the beach close-by and an Ottoman castle converted into a café overlooking it all.
